About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven TIBCO Spotfire Developer with 7 to 8+ years of core expertise to join our delivery team. In this role, you will partner directly with our global pharmaceutical and life sciences clients to architect, build, and optimize advanced data visualization solutions. You will play a pivotal role in translating complex R&D;, clinical, manufacturing, and commercial datasets into intuitive, high-performance dashboards that drive data-backed decision-making in a highly regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dashboard Design & Development: Design, develop, and deploy complex, highly interactive TIBCO Spotfire dashboards, visualizations, and analytical applications tailored to life sciences use cases.
- Data Integration & Modeling: Connect Spotfire to diverse data repositories (SQL Server, Oracle, AWS/Azure cloud data warehouses, and clinical data systems like Veeva or SAS) to build optimized data models, information links, and data views.
- Advanced Analytics & Scripting: Write complex IronPython scripts, TERR (TIBCO Enterprise Runtime for R), and data functions to automate user workflows, enhance interactivity, and perform statistical analysis.
- Domain-Specific Solutions: Deliver analytics solutions aligned with pharmaceutical workflows, such as clinical trial performance tracking, pharmacovigilance, drug discovery R&D; analytics, supply chain optimization, and quality manufacturing analytics.
- Performance Tuning:



Optimize slow-running dashboards, data queries, and information links to ensure seamless user experience across enterprise deployments.
- Administration & Governance: Assist with Spotfire Server administration, package deployment, user permission management, and adherence to security and data governance standards (including 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines where applicable).
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and client stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and conduct user training sessions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 7 to 8+ years of total IT experience, with a minimum of 6+ years specializing exclusively in TIBCO Spotfire development and implementation.
- Domain Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on experience delivering analytics solutions within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Life Sciences sector. Familiarity with clinical trials data, FDA compliance standards, or pharmaceutical supply chains is a solid advantage.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in TIBCO Spotfire Analyst, Spotfire Server, Information Links, Data Functions, and Visualization customization.
- Scripting & Coding: Strong proficiency in IronPython scripting for UI customization and automation, alongside experience with TERR, R, or Python for advanced statistical computations.
- Database & SQL Skills: Advanced querying skills using SQL, relational databases, and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Redshift, or Azure Synapse).
- Soft Skills: Excellent client-facing communication, requirement-gathering, and stakeholder management skills typical of a client-facing service delivery environment.
