About the RoleT.I.M.E. Chennai is looking for passionate and motivated faculty members to join our academic team for training students preparing for CAT, MBA Entrance Exams, Government Exams, Banking Exams, and other competitive examinations.

We welcome applications from both experienced faculty and talented freshers with strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging classroom and online sessions in Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability, or Logical Reasoning.
- Explain concepts clearly using structured and student-friendly teaching methods.
- Develop and deliver topic-wise lessons, practice exercises, and test discussions.
- Analyse student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct doubt-clearing and mentoring sessions.
- Discuss and analyse mock tests and sectional tests.
- Help students improve their accuracy, speed, problem-solving ability, and examination strategy.
- Stay updated with changing exam patterns and question types.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of academic content and question banks.

Eligibility
- Strong conceptual knowledge in the relevant subject.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.




- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and explain them effectively.
- Graduates / Postgraduates with relevant subject expertise are welcome.
- Freshers with strong aptitude skills and good communication abilities can also apply.
- Prior teaching/training experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred SkillsFor Quantitative Ability:

- Strong mathematical and aptitude fundamentals.
- Ability to handle CAT-level Quantitative Aptitude and other competitive exam patterns.

For Verbal Ability:

- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and verbal reasoning.
- Ability to develop students' reading and comprehension skills.

For Logical Reasoning:

- Strong analytical and logical reasoning ability.
- Ability to solve and explain different types of LR and aptitude problems.
