Role Description This is a full-time, on-site TGT English role based in the Pune Division. The educator will plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and pedagogical standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching literature and language skills, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback.

The role involves fostering critical thinking, communication, and reading comprehension through classroom activities, projects, and assignments. The teacher is expected to participate in school events,



collaborate with colleagues, maintain classroom discipline, and support the holistic development of students.

Qualifications

- Strong English teaching skills, with experience in instructing middle and secondary school learners.
- Effective communication skills for transparent classroom instruction, student engagement, and interaction with parents and colleagues.
- Ability to support language development through translation or bilingual support when required.
- Learner-centered mindset and service orientation to address student needs with patience and professionalism.
- Experience in training or mentoring students in language, reading, and writing skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methods, digital tools, and activity-based learning.
- Strong classroom management, lesson planning, and assessment skills.
