Role Description The Textile Merchandiser will manage the end-to-end merchandising process, including handling buyer inquiries, preparing costings, and coordinating orders from sampling to bulk production.

Responsibilities include communicating product specifications to production teams, tracking order status, and ensuring on-time delivery. The role involves regular interaction with customers and suppliers, monitoring market trends, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives to grow business.

The Textile

Merchandiser will maintain accurate documentation, support quality checks,



and provide after-sales support when required. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Sales and Retail experience to manage orders, support business development, and understand buyer requirements.
- Marketing skills to assist in promoting textile products, identifying market opportunities, and supporting brand positioning.
- Knowledge of textiles, fabrics, and garment construction, with the ability to understand technical specifications and quality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant merchandising tools for reporting, costing, and order tracking.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a rapid-paced environment.
- Diploma or degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
