JD • We are seeking an AI-Enabled Quality Automation Engineer to join the Aon Reinsurance Quality Engineering team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated testing solutions across both web applications and APIs while leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate quality engineering activities.

- The ideal candidate possesses strong experience with Playwright, TypeScript, API automation, Azure DevOps (ADO), CI/CD pipelines, and contemporary AI-assisted development practices. This individual will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Quality Engineers to ensure solutions meet functional, integration, performance, and business requirements.
- The successful candidate will leverage technologies such as Playwright, Azure DevOps, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and AI-assisted test generaion tools to improve test coverage, accelerate delivery, and enhance overall software quality.
