Key Responsibilities and Requirements

- Architect and drive AI led quality engineering solutions across enterprise programs, defining test strategy, tooling and automation roadmaps.
- Hands on expertise across multiple automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, RestAssured, Postman, Tosca and UFT, and languages including Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript and C sharp.
- Build and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows for test design, self healing automation, failure triage and autonomous regression execution.
- Practical experience with AI driven and AI assisted testing, covering GenAI test case generation, coding assistants such as Copilot, Claude Code and Cursor, and RAG based test knowledge systems.
- Working knowledge of frontier and open source LLMs including GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral and Qwen, with prompt engineering, model selection, fine tuning and evaluation.




- Design and implement enterprise test data management solutions covering synthetic data generation, masking, subsetting and provisioning at scale.
- Validate data quality and integrity across ETL, data warehouse and analytics pipelines, including reconciliation and rule based data validation.
- Own end to end automation across API, web, mobile and desktop applications in large and complex enterprise landscapes.
- Solve complex automation challenges spanning legacy systems, mainframe, ERP and cross platform integrations.
- Engage directly with clients and CXO stakeholders to present solutions and defend estimation models, approach and ROI during pursuits.
- Contribute to proposals, RFP and RFI responses, solution defence and technical proof of concepts.
- Mentor QE teams and establish best practices, reusable accelerators and governance for AI adoption in testing.
