Role Description The Territory Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruchirappalli, responsible for driving business growth within the assigned territory. This role involves managing and expanding a portfolio of home finance customers, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with local partners, channels, and customers.

The Territory Business

Manager will oversee branch-level sales activities, ensure achievement of revenue and volume targets, and monitor market trends to optimize product offerings. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams,



ensuring high standards of customer service, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and preparing regular reports on sales performance and territory developments. The role also includes mentoring and guiding frontline sales staff to enhance productivity and promote a performance-oriented culture.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in sales, business development, and territory management, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management, including negotiation, problem-solving, and providing high-quality service.
- Ability to analyze market trends, interpret data, and prepare clear performance and forecast reports.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive branch and territory-level initiatives.
- Good communication and presentation skills in English and local language, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; experience in housing finance or banking is an advantage.

- Familiarity with home loan products, fixed deposits, and loan against property offerings is beneficial.
- Comfort with using standard office software and CRM tools, and willingness to travel within the territory as required.
