: Register and maintain the company's seller profile on Gem ( Goverment e-Marketplace) portal and ensure all listings are accurate updated,and complaint. Identify relevant tenders, bids and procrument opportunities on Gem, CDPP ( Central Public Procurement portals, state goverment portals, and other e-tendering platforms . Prepafre and submitsbids quaotations , and offers within stipulated deadlines with all required doumnetation.
Cordinate with internal teams to gather necessary compliance & Dcoucmnets ( GST, FSSAI, MSME etc. Monitor portal notifications, bid status updates, work orders, and ensure timely response to all goverment communication. Track payment status on portal & follow up with concerned goverment departments .
Stay updated with changes in gem policies , goverment procurment rules etc. Share resume on Whatsapp - (phone hidden) . only looking immediate joiner.
