Regenxgen, a growing medical device company , is looking for a Tender Executive to manage government and institutional tenders.
Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end tender process from identification to submission and closure. Robust hands-on experience with GeM is mandatory.
Manage
GeM bidding, Reverse Auctions, product listing and order processing. Handle government hospital/institutional tenders. Prepare technical & commercial documents and ensure timely submissions. Track tender results, POs and deadlines.
Requirements: 2–3 years of tender management experience. Well versed with GeM portal and government procurement processes . Medical device/pharma/healthcare tender experience preferred. Good communication, Excel and documentation skills.
