Role Description The Telesales Executive at CareerBloc is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving sales and building relationships with prospective and existing customers over the phone. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, presenting services and solutions, and following up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining product benefits clearly, overcoming objections,



and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Executive collaborates with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and meets or exceeds individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal articulation and active listening.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
- Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, qualify leads, and close deals effectively.
- Comfort with remote work tools, CRM software, and basic computer proficiency.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Prior telesales or inside sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is an advantage.
