We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller / Order Executive to join our team.
Job Responsibilities: Call customers and communicate with them professionally. Take and confirm customer orders over the phone. Handle customer queries and provide product information. Follow up with customers regarding orders and requirements. Maintain proper records of customer calls and orders. Build good relationships with customers.
Requirements : Positive communication skills in English . Hindi communication is also preferred. Confident and polite while speaking with customers. Basic computer knowledge. Previous telecalling / customer service experience will be an advantage. Freshers can also apply.
