We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our travel team in Navi Mumbai. The role involves handling incoming travel enquiries, making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, understanding their travel requirements, sharing suitable holiday/travel packages, following up on leads, maintaining CRM records, and converting enquiries into bookings. Candidates should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and an interest in travel and tourism.
