Role Description The Telecaller role at TezTarif is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to inform customers about services, answer queries, and provide accurate information.

Responsibilities include maintaining call records, following scripts and communication guidelines, and updating customer details in the system. The role also involves handling basic customer concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team, and meeting daily and weekly call targets. Telecallers are expected to maintain professional conduct,



adhere to company policies, and collaborate with colleagues to improve customer communication and satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills in relevant local languages and English, with clear and polite telephone etiquette.
- Ability to listen actively, understand customer needs, and respond with accurate and concise information.
- Basic computer literacy, including the ability to use call management software, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
- Organizational skills to manage call volumes, maintain accurate records, and follow established workflows.
- Customer service mindset, including patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work in office in Surat on a full-time schedule and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is an advantage but not always required.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
