Role Description The TeleCaller Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce Kushwaha Homes’ residential projects, explain key features, and respond to inquiries. The TeleCaller Executive will qualify leads, maintain detailed call records in the CRM or lead management system, and coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to schedule site visits or follow-up calls.

Daily responsibilities also include handling inbound calls,



providing accurate information about pricing, documentation, and process steps, and sharing feedback from customers to improve communication and service. The role requires consistent achievement of call targets, adherence to scripts and compliance guidelines, and a professional, customer-focused approach on every interaction.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including transparent spoken English and Hindi, active listening, and professional telephone etiquette.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to handle queries, address concerns, and maintain a positive caller experience.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills, including lead qualification, persuasion, and follow-up discipline to support conversions.
- Comfort with using phones, computers, CRM or lead management tools, and maintaining accurate call logs and customer data.
- Ability to work on-site in Patna, manage high call volumes, and meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass); a graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.
- Prior experience in telecalling, call center operations, real estate sales support, or customer care is preferred but not mandatory.
- Professional, courteous demeanor, reliability, and eagerness to learn about real estate products and processes.
