Role Description The Telecaller role at Design Lense is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients, provide information about design services, and schedule consultations or site visits.

Responsibilities include maintaining call records, following up on leads, updating CRM or internal tracking systems, and coordinating with the design and sales teams to ensure smooth communication. The role also involves understanding client requirements at a high level,



sharing basic service details and pricing structures, and ensuring each interaction reflects the company’s focus on professionalism and transparency. The Telecaller is expected to meet daily and weekly call targets while delivering a positive, service-oriented experience.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear articulation skills for client-facing phone conversations.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills, including the ability to handle queries, address concerns, and maintain a courteous tone.
- Basic sales and lead-generation skills, such as qualifying prospects, explaining services, and encouraging consultations or follow-ups.
- Organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining accurate call logs and updating CRM or spreadsheets.
- Comfort with using telecalling tools, office productivity software, and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage time effectively, and meet call volume and conversion targets.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or inside sales is preferred, especially in interior design, real estate, or related sectors.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any field is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
