Telecall Interviewer cum Data Entry Specialist

About the role

LDMC builds sales and distribution intelligence for rural India — mapping channel partner and village markets across Retail sector. You will be the voice that collects this ground-level data. The job is running structured phone interviews with channel partners and entering what you learn accurately into our systems.

What you'll do

Call retailers, distributors, and field contacts from assigned lists and conduct structured interviews using a fixed questionnaire

Verify outlet details: shop name, location, category, stocked brands, supplier, weekly offtake

Record responses cleanly in Excel / Google Sheets / our internal tool, same day

What we're looking for

Fluent Hindi; working english, Tamil other regional languages a solid plus

Comfortable making 80–120 outbound calls a day and handling refusals politely

Fast, accurate typing; confident in Excel / Google Sheets graduates preferred

Prior experience in telecalling, market research, surveys, or BPO preferred but not mandatory — we'll train you
