Goodfox & Co. is a marketing, growth, and automation consultancy working with founder-led businesses across real estate, D2C, and qualified services. We're hiring a telecaller to manage inbound and outbound calling for one of our real estate clients' active lead pipeline.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound calls/WhatsApp queries from leads generated through Meta ad campaigns
- Conduct outbound calls to qualify and nurture leads
- Schedule site visits and manage follow-up reminders
- Maintain accurate, real-time records of every call outcome in our CRM/tracker
- Flag high-intent leads promptly to ensure fast response times

Requirements:

- Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken)
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support preferred (freshers welcome to apply)
- Comfortable working with structured scripts and CRM/spreadsheet logging
- Based in Jaipur, available for in-office work
