Role Description This is a full-time, in office Telesales Executive role based in Bengaluru South.

The Telesales

Executive will handle outbound and inbound calls to introduce House Construct’s services, understand customer requirements, and present suitable solutions. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, maintaining call records, following up with prospective clients, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. The role also involves providing courteous customer support, addressing basic queries,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English and local languages as applicable.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries professionally and build trust.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to present offerings effectively and support the closure of deals.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with good listening skills and a persuasive yet respectful approach.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or call-tracking tools are beneficial.
- Prior telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in real estate or construction, is an advantage.
- A high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
