Role Description The Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Technician will support the assembly, testing, and maintenance of chargers, mobile power supplies, and related consumer electronic products. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing routine inspections, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting basic repairs, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.

The role involves working closely with the engineering and production teams to implement test procedures, document findings, and assist in continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.



The Technician is also expected to follow standard operating procedures, maintain tools and equipment, and uphold workplace safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

- Technical skills in electronics, including basic circuit understanding, use of multimeters and test equipment, and familiarity with electronic components.
- Experience in product assembly, testing, and troubleshooting within a manufacturing or repair environment.
- Knowledge of quality control practices and ability to follow detailed technical instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and capability to document test results and issues accurately.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering and production teams and communicate technical information clearly.
- Diploma or degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Prior experience in consumer electronics or power supply manufacturing is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in office in Noida and adhere to safety and compliance standards.
