Role Description This is a full time, on-site Technical Trainer role based in Bengaluru, focused on C, Java, and Data Structures for semester-based training programs across Pan India.

The Technical

Trainer will deliver structured classroom sessions, labs, and workshops, ensuring learners understand core programming concepts and data structures through practical examples and hands-on exercises.

Responsibilities include designing and updating training materials, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with curriculum requirements and industry standards. The role involves mentoring learners, providing regular feedback, tracking performance, and coordinating with academic and corporate stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution.



The trainer will also participate in continuous improvement activities, including reviewing training outcomes, integrating new tools or methodologies, and contributing to the overall quality of training delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Technical Training and experience working as Technical Trainers.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development and Training, including curriculum delivery and learner engagement.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly and interact effectively with diverse learner groups.
- Solid knowledge of C, Java, and Data Structures, with practical programming experience and the ability to demonstrate real-world applications.
- Experience designing or customizing training content, assignments, and assessments for college or university-level programs is beneficial.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics, support learners with varying skill levels, and use modern training tools or LMS platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in programming or training methodology are an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in meeting academic timelines, and willingness to align with institutional policies and standards.
