Role Description The Technical Training Instructor will deliver classroom-based and lab-based instruction for AI, technology, and management-related courses on-site at the Bengaluru campus. The role includes preparing lesson plans, developing teaching materials, and conducting engaging lectures, workshops, and practical sessions aligned with the institution’s curriculum. The Instructor will assess learner performance through assignments, projects, and exams, provide constructive feedback, and support learners in building industry-relevant skills.

Additional responsibilities include collaborating with academic teams to refine course content,



integrating current industry practices into training, and participating in academic meetings or events as required.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Training and Training for technology and AI-focused subjects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development to design, deliver, and improve learning programs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear instruction, feedback, and learner engagement.
- Relevant academic background in Computer Science, AI/ML, Management, or related fields; teaching or industry experience preferred.
- Ability to facilitate hands-on learning, manage diverse classrooms, and use digital tools or learning platforms effectively.
