Role OverviewiObrain Innovative Labz is looking for an enthusiastic and technically skilled Technical Trainer – Robotics / Arduino / IoT to conduct hands-on training programs for school, PU and engineering students. The role focuses on practical learning across robotics, Arduino, electronics, IoT and embedded systems, with responsibility for guiding students through technical projects, demonstrations and troubleshooting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge, good communication skills and a genuine interest in teaching and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct practical training sessions on Robotics, Arduino, Electronics, IoT and Embedded Systems.
- Deliver hands-on activities, demonstrations and project-based learning sessions.
- Explain technical concepts in a easy and structured manner to students of different age groups.
- Train students in Arduino programming and microcontroller-based projects.
- Conduct sessions on Arduino UNO/Nano, ESP8266, ESP32, sensors, actuators, motors and motor drivers.
- Teach basic electronics, circuit building and component-level concepts.
- Introduce students to IoT concepts and wireless communication technologies.
- Conduct practical projects involving Bluetooth and Wi-Fi-based communication.
- Guide students in building, testing and troubleshooting robotics and IoT projects.
- Teach programming fundamentals using Arduino IDE, C/C++ and Python, as applicable.
- Conduct robotics workshops, seminars, summer camps and technical activities.
- Support school and college training programs at different locations.
- Prepare lesson plans, activity sheets, project documentation and training materials.
- Maintain and organize robotics kits, electronic components and laboratory equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, wiring, programming and connectivity issues.
- Assist in developing new robotics and IoT training modules.
- Evaluate student performance and provide technical guidance.
- Maintain records of classes, attendance, projects and student progress.
- Coordinate with the technical and management teams for effective execution of training programs.
- Travel to schools, colleges and other training locations when required.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Instrumentation or related disciplines.
- Strong practical knowledge of Arduino and Arduino IDE.
- Understanding of basic electronics and circuit building.
- Knowledge of sensors, actuators, DC motors and motor drivers.
- Understanding of basic robotics concepts.
- Basic programming knowledge in C/C++.
- Understanding of IoT fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of ESP8266 / ESP32.
- Hands-on experience with breadboards and jumper-wire connections.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic circuits and hardware.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students.
- Good classroom management and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for training programs.
