About the RoleWe are looking for a Technical Support Executive to assist customers with technical queries related to telescopes, binoculars, and other optical products.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable understanding technical issues, troubleshooting products, and explaining solutions to customers in a easy and helpful way.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with technical queries related to telescopes, binoculars, and optical equipment.
- Provide troubleshooting support through calls, WhatsApp, email, or other customer support channels.
- Help customers with product setup, installation, alignment, usage, and basic maintenance.
- Understand customer issues and provide step-by-step solutions.
- Guide customers on the proper use of telescope and binocular features.
- Coordinate with the internal team for complex technical issues or product-related concerns.
- Maintain records of customer queries and resolutions.
- Follow up with customers when required to ensure their issue has been resolved.




- Continuously develop knowledge of the company's products and technical processes.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in technical support, customer support, electronics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of telescopes, binoculars, cameras, electronics, or optical products will be an advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and customer-friendly manner.
- Comfortable handling customers over calls and messages.
- Willingness to learn about astronomy products and technical equipment.
- Freshers with a strong technical aptitude and good communication skills can also apply.

What We Offer
