Role OverviewiObrain Innovative Labz is looking for a technically skilled and enthusiastic Technical Trainer – Aerophysics / Drone to deliver practical and project-based training in aerophysics, aerodynamics, drone technology, flight principles and UAV systems. The role involves conducting hands-on training programs for school, PU and engineering students, with a strong focus on practical demonstrations, drone assembly, flight activities, troubleshooting and project guidance. The ideal candidate should have sound practical knowledge of drones and aerodynamics, strong communication skills and an interest in STEM education.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training programs on Aerophysics, Aerodynamics, Drone Technology and UAV systems.
- Explain fundamental principles of flight, including lift, drag, thrust, weight, stability and control.
- Conduct hands-on activities related to aircraft, drones and UAV technology.
- Train students on drone components, including flight controllers, motors, ESCs, propellers, batteries and sensors.
- Conduct drone assembly and component identification sessions.
- Guide students in basic drone building, testing and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrate protected drone operation and flight procedures.
- Explain basic drone programming and control systems.
- Conduct aerophysics experiments and technical demonstrations.
- Guide students through drone-based projects and practical technical activities.
- Prepare lesson plans, activity sheets, presentations and project documentation.
- Troubleshoot basic drone hardware, wiring, motors, ESCs, batteries and electronic systems.
- Maintain and organize drone kits, tools, batteries and training equipment.
- Support technical workshops, seminars, exhibitions and educational events.




- Coordinate with schools, colleges and internal technical teams.
- Maintain attendance, project records and training reports.
- Travel to schools, colleges and other training locations as required.
- Follow applicable safety procedures and UAV-related regulations during practical and flight activities.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics or related disciplines.
- Practical knowledge of aerodynamics, aerophysics and principles of flight.
- Understanding of basic drone/UAV technology and components.
- Knowledge of motors, propellers, ESCs and battery systems.
- Basic understanding of electronics and RC transmitter/receiver systems.
- Basic drone assembly and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners and students.
- Willingness to conduct hands-on training and live demonstrations.
- Willingness to travel for training programs.
