Role Description The Technical Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Roorkee. This role involves providing technical support for solar and power products, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and assisting customers and internal teams with troubleshooting.

The Technical

Specialist will handle customer queries, document and escalate complex technical problems when needed, and collaborate with engineering and service teams to improve product performance and reliability.



Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records of support activities, contributing to knowledge base documentation, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and technical excellence.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose issues, interpret technical data, and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for power and solar energy systems.
- Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Relevant technical education, such as a diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with inverters, UPS systems, or solar power equipment is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Roorkee, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with safety standards, basic testing equipment, and industry best practices in power and solar technology.
