About the RoleWe are looking for a result-oriented Technical Sales Support Engineer to expand ENCY CAM Software across Gujarat and Rajasthan. The candidate will drive current customer acquisition, product demonstrations, technical discussions, proposals, negotiations, and complete sales-cycle management within the manufacturing and engineering industry.

Experience with factory owners, production/manufacturing heads, CNC programmers, tool-room managers, purchase and engineering teams will be an advantage. Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert new business opportunities through best practices like calling, factory visits, exhibitions, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and channel partners.
- Promote ENCY CAM Software, post-processors, training, and related services.
- Understand customer machining requirements and recommend appropriate CAM solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, software demonstrations, evaluations, and trials.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Maintain sales pipeline, customer records, forecasts, and activity reports.
- Coordinate with application/technical teams during customer evaluations.




- Build long-term customer and channel-partner relationships.
- Monitor competitor activities and CAD/CAM market trends.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualification & Skills

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant B2B/industrial sales experience.
- Understanding of CNC machining, manufacturing processes, and CAD/CAM applications.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and deliver solution-based sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
- Gujarati, Hindi & English communication skills preferred.
- Valid driving license(2W/4W) and willingness for regular industrial/factory visits preferred.

PreferredKnowledge or experience in CAD/CAM/CAE ENCY CAM, Mastercam, SolidCAM, Edgecam, NX CAM, hyperMILL, Fusion 360, CNC programming, or machining operations will be an advantage.

TerritoryGujarat: Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Rajkot, Surat, Jamnagar, Bhavnagar, Morbi, Vapi, Sanand, Halol, Bharuch, Gandhidham & surrounding industrial areas.

Rajasthan: Jaipur, Alwar, Bhiwadi, Neemrana, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Ajmer, Bhilwara, Kishangarh, Pali & surrounding industrial areas.
