Role Description This full-time, on-site Technical Sales Engineer role is based in Indore.

The Technical Sales

Engineer will engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and recommend suitable Rawlplug products and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical support and product demonstrations, preparing quotes, and following up on inquiries to drive sales and customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs, conducting site visits,



and delivering training sessions on product applications and installation best practices.

The Technical Sales

Engineer will also monitor market trends, gather feedback, and support sales strategies to expand Rawlplug’s presence in the region.

Qualifications

- Strong Technical Sales and Sales skills to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals.
- Experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Sales, with the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
- Ability to provide effective Technical Support, including troubleshooting and application guidance for fixings and fasteners.
- Excellent Communication skills for presenting solutions, conducting training, and preparing explicit documentation.
- Degree or diploma in engineering (civil, mechanical, or related field) or equivalent technical background.
- Prior experience in construction products, fasteners, or building materials is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and basic CRM tools for reporting and customer management.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and site visits, with a focus on safety and professionalism.
