About the Position The person in this role owns the complete development of Welyft end to end, and also owns the project for its implementation and rollout — from architecture and delivery through deployment, adoption, and ongoing enhancement.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Product Manager who possesses the depth of a Solution Architect and the hands-on capability of a Senior Developer. In this hybrid leadership role, you will drive product strategy, lead a development team, and actively contribute to system design and coding when required. Key Responsibilities

Product Leadership & Strategy

- Define and communicate the product vision, mission, and roadmap to stakeholders and the development team.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Technical Architecture & Engineering
- Design and architect scalable, secure software solutions that meet business requirements.
- Hands-on Contribution: actively code, review PRs, and debug complex issues when required (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
- Ensure technical feasibility of product features and maintain high standards for system architecture and API design.
- Enforce DevOps best practices, security standards, and compliance protocols.

Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, providing regular feedback and performance reviews.
- Foster a team-oriented culture between cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Business).




- Own delivery execution end to end — sprint planning, documentation, code quality, release readiness, and progress reporting to leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Technical Mastery: Strong background in software development, cloud computing, and system architecture. Proficiency in major languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++) is essential.
- Product Expertise: Proven experience in product lifecycle management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and data-driven decision-making.
- Leadership: Excellent ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Architectural Insight: Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, and technical feasibility analysis.
- Security & Compliance: Familiarity with risk management frameworks and modern security standards.
- Team Leadership Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience, including proven experience directly managing and scaling development teams.
- Tooling: Hands-on experience with GitHub, Jira, Linear, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Execution & Quality Discipline: Track record of driving execution, maintaining technical documentation, enforcing code quality standards, and reporting on delivery metrics.

Nice-to-Have

- Experience with AI/Machine Learning or IoT technologies.
- Certifications in Product Management (e.g., CSPO) or Cloud Architecture (e.g., AWS/Azure Solutions Architect).
- Experience with .NET or mobile / application development.
