Position: Marketing / Technical Engineer

Role Overview

Bridging technical engineering and B2B marketing to drive sales for custom stainless steel (SS) and mild steel (MS) architectural/industrial fabrication, including railings, bollards, and custom structural components.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Collateral: Prepare product catalogs, CAD-based datasheets, material grade charts, and custom fabrication proposals for SS/MS products.
- Sales & RFQ Support: Review architectural drawings/RFQs to guide clients on grade selection (e.g., SS 304/316 vs. MS), load capacity, surface finishes, and fabrication techniques.
- Lead & Portal Management: Handle B2B portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia) and convert incoming inquiries into technical quotes.
- Client Engagement: Meet architects, structural consultants,



and project contractors to present design capabilities and secure project approvals.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with factory/production teams to ensure shop drawings, tolerances, and finishing match customer specifications.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical, Civil, Metallurgy, or Production).
- Experience: 2–5 years in technical marketing, application engineering, or sales within SS/MS fabrication, architectural metals, or hardware.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of SS/MS grades, welding/polishing techniques, surface treatments (powder coating, galvanizing), and architectural specs.
- Tools & Languages: MS Excel, reading CAD drawings, CRM exposure; fluent in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
