About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Software Development to join our growing engineering team.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who enjoys building software, solving complex technical problems, designing scalable applications, and mentoring engineers.

You will lead a team of developers while remaining actively involved in architecture, coding, code reviews, technical design, troubleshooting, and delivery.

What You'll Do

Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 software engineers

Design and develop scalable enterprise applications

Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Define application architecture, APIs, databases, and integration approaches

Remain hands-on with development of critical/complex components

Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering best practices

Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues

Drive technical estimation, planning, and delivery

Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Architects, QA and DevOps teams

Participate in customer discussions and technical workshops

Identify technical risks, performance issues, and technical debt

Promote clean code, automated testing, CI/CD, security, and DevOps practices

Mentor developers and build solid technical capabilities within the team

What We're Looking For

Must Have

7–12 years of software development experience

2+ years of Technical Lead / Lead Developer experience

Strong hands-on programming experience in Node.js,.NET/C#, Java/Spring Boot, Python or equivalent





Strong knowledge of REST APIs and enterprise application development

Good understanding of React / Angular / Vue.js

Strong experience with SQL databases

Experience with Microservices / distributed application architecture

Working knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP

Experience with Git, CI/CD and DevOps practices

Strong understanding of SOLID, Design Patterns and Clean Architecture

Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

You don't just assign tasks—you own the technical outcome.

You should be equally comfortable discussing architecture with a Solution Architect, solving a production issue with a developer, and explaining a technical solution to a customer.
