We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Tech Lead who can drive product development, lead engineering initiatives, and build robust, scalable applications while mentoring a growing development team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of web applications using Node.js, React.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems and applications.
- Manage, mentor, and guide developers to ensure high-quality code and timely project delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Operations, and Business teams to define and implement technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and establish development best practices.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and overall system reliability.
- Oversee application deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Participate in sprint planning, effort estimation, and project management activities.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve product performance and development efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,



or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in full-stack web application development.
- Strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience designing scalable backend architectures and REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of database design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning in PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and production support.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, security, and scalability principles.
- Proven experience leading development teams and delivering complex technology projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and contemporary DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
- Experience working in high-growth startup environments.
- Exposure to AI-powered applications, analytics platforms, or large-scale consumer products is a plus.
