Responsibilities
- Provide production support for Mainframe applications.
- Monitor and manage batch jobs using Control-M.




- Analyze and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
- Perform abend analysis and troubleshoot COBOL, JCL, and VSAM-related issues.
- Support release, deployment, and operational activities.
- Collaborate with business, development, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations.
