- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Technical Support, IT Support, or Post-Production Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for audio and video production.
- Provide day-to-day IT support to users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and technical issues.
- Support production teams with audio/video-related technical problems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and related systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve complex issues.
Technical Skills
The candidate should have good working knowledge of:
- Avid Pro Tools
- Cubase
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- DaVinci Resolve
- Audio & Video Technical Support
- IT Support
Required Skills
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with different teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
