About The Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer to join our dynamic team at Collegedunia. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to translate complex, technical, and AI-driven concepts into clear, engaging, and student-friendly content. This role requires a proactive individual who can leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, enhance quality, and streamline workflows.

The Technical Content

Writer will play a crucial role in producing educational materials such as guides, explainers, product documentation, and blog posts, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all formats. Additionally, the role emphasizes process automation,



requiring the candidate to identify repetitive tasks and develop automated solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a B.Tech degree from a reputed college, demonstrating a solid technical foundation. Prior experience of 6 months to 1 year in content or technical writing is preferred, with a strong emphasis on familiarity with AI platforms such as Claude or similar large language models (LLMs). Exceptional written English skills, along with robust research and editing capabilities, are essential.

The candidate must have the ability to simplify intricate technical concepts for a non-technical audience, ensuring accessibility and clarity. Comfort working within a fast-paced startup environment and a proactive mindset towards automation and process improvement are highly valued.

Responsibilities The core responsibilities of this role include researching, writing, and editing technical and educational content tailored to our target audience. This encompasses creating comprehensive guides, explainers, product documentation, and blog articles aligned with business goals and user needs. The candidate will utilize AI platforms such as Claude to draft, edit, and optimize content, building efficient workflows that automate repetitive tasks.

Collaboration with product, SEO, and design teams is vital to ensure content relevance and quality.



The role also involves maintaining high standards of accuracy, tone, and consistency across all content formats.

Furthermore, the candidate will be expected to proactively identify opportunities for automation, streamline content processes, and suggest enhancements to improve turnaround times and overall quality. Working closely with product and technical teams, the individual will scope, test, and implement new automation tools and features, contributing to the continuous improvement of our content production ecosystem.
