Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct technical audits and ensure compliance with Elevator & Escalator standards and safety procedures.
- Must be Existing Installation (EI) Level-3 (L3) Certified in Elevators.




- Provide technical guidance on maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety procedures.
- Mentor and train junior engineers for Schindler EI certifications.
- Act as a technical coach for new engineers and support their field performance.
- Identify technical gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure quality, safety, and technical standards are consistently maintained.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Elevators & Escalators (E&E;).
- 8–10+ years of experience in elevator maintenance / team leadership / technical training.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Experience in mentoring/training engineering teams.
