Role Description The Technical Assistant role at WebsiteService4All is a remote contract position focused on supporting web services and development projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing reporting, website enhancement, technical assistance and support for website issues, helping troubleshoot and resolve client-reported problems, and coordinating with developers on bug fixes and enhancements. This role also involves documenting technical processes, assisting with website updates, monitoring basic performance and functionality, and responding to client inquiries in a clear and qualified manner.

Assistant works closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of services and a positive customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS*

- Candidates must be able to work during U.S. Business Hours.
- Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and Static IP.
- Candidates will be required to login to productivity monitoring.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Assistance and Technical Support skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Experience with website platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar CMS), basic HTML/CSS, or web hosting environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines is required.
- Prior experience in a technical support or help desk role is preferred.
- Familiarity with WordPress is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications or coursework in IT or web development are a plus.
