5+years of experiance in manual and automation testing, define and implement QA processes, test strategies, and quality standards

Review business and technical requirements to ensure testability

Prepare test plans, test cases, and testing schedules

Manage functional, regression, integration, system, API, and performance testing

Identify, track, and manage defects using bug tracking tools

Coordinate with development and product teams to resolve issues

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases

Drive test automation initiatives and continuous improvement practices

Monitor QA metrics and prepare status reports for stakeholders

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Ensure compliance with security, usability, and performance standards

Robust understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright

Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or Rest Assured

Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Bugzilla

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Basic SQL and database testing knowledge
