Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Tech Lead – BI & Analytics to lead the development of scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python, ClickHouse, Databricks, Azure Cloud, and containerization technologies, along with a good understanding of GenAI-based code assist tools and API development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage BI and analytics projects from concept to deployment.

- Architect and develop APIs and microservices to power data insights.

- Build and optimize large-scale data pipelines and storage solutions using ClickHouse and Databricks.

- Drive development using Azure Cloud services – Data Factory, Blob Storage, Azure Databricks, etc.

- Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate development, prototyping, and automation.





- Design and manage deployment workflows using Docker and/or Kubernetes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior team members to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.

Required Skill Set:

- Programming: Python

- BI & Analytics Tools: ClickHouse, Databricks

- Cloud: Azure (Data Services, Compute, Storage)

- API Development: RESTful APIs and integrations

- Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes (or equivalent)

- AI Tools: Familiarity with GenAI-based coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer)

- Experience: 8–15 years in BI, analytics, and backend development

- Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring a technical team

Preferred:

- Robust communication and collaboration skills

- Experience working in agile environments

- Exposure to CI/CD tools and Git branching strategies
