The Role

We are looking for a Team UDION member who can operate comfortably at the intersection of people, programs, projects, technology and execution.

This is not a role limited to one function.

You will work closely with learners, professionals, internal teams and partner organizations while helping translate plans into smooth, practical execution.

Your work may involve

Coordinating learning and development programs

Supporting the design and delivery of industry-aligned projects and workflows

Guiding learners and professionals through regular communication and support





Working with partner organizations and stakeholders

Supporting AI-enabled and technology-driven initiatives

Gathering user feedback and helping improve processes, tools and templates

Supporting outreach, events and partnership activities

Maintaining accurate documentation, records and reports

Coordinating multiple activities across UDION’s focus industries

Helping ensure that ideas move from planning to execution effectively The role will evolve as UDION evolves.

You should be comfortable with that.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings more than a degree or a job title.

You should have

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Good stakeholder management abilities A proactive and problem-solving mindset The ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail

Comfort working with technology, AI-enabled tools and digital platforms

Basic capability in documentation, data handling and productivity tools

Interest or experience in learning design, training coordination or program management

Exposure to one or more relevant sectors such as real estate, construction, hospitality, healthcare, technology, finance, logistics or education A willingness to learn and work across different teams and projects





Prior experience in operations A genuine interest in practical, outcome-focused learning and career development

Education

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline — particularly business, management, education, technology or related fields — or equivalent practical experience.
