Position Purpose

Position shall support in the ESG Assessment and activities related to sustainability and governance.

Strategic Responsibilities

Operational Responsibilities

- Support in the setting, sustainability and governance related assessment.
- Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks related to the sustainability.
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company related to sustainability reforms.
- Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.

Financial Responsibilities

Ensure complying with the annual budgets

People Responsibilities

- Engage with the stakeholders and work on company’s future outlook, present stability, and environmental impact.
- Provide support to all leaders in developing, implementing and monitoring company or organisational environmental strategies.

Education Qualification





- Master's Degree in Sustainability and Business Administration
- Industry Certification
- Knowledge of business and management

1-2 years

- Proven experience as compliance manager
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
- Business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality
- Identifying CSR risks and upholding ethical standards.
- Knowledge of CSR laws and regulatory frameworks.
- Managing CSR budgets and ensuring transparent utilization.
- Planning and implementing impactful CSR initiatives.
- Preparing statutory and internal CSR reports.
- Engaging NGOs, government bodies, and internal teams.
