- Having solid knowledge of end to end Accounts payable process
- Processing Invoices
Completion of travel expenses within TAT time
- Ability to handle Customer Queries
- SME - Queue cluster owner
- Support/provide inputs for internal/external audit
- Ensuring delivery of transitioned process as per SLA
- Ensures team bonding
- Meeting SLA Targets
Detailed knowledge of end to end AP Process
- Must have a team management experience (should have on paper team handling experience)
- Knowledge of six-sigma and process excellence preferred
Requirements
• Strong analytical skill
- Strong people management experience
- Effective written and oral communication
- End to end knowledge of PTP Process
- Working knowledge on ERP systems
- Client interactive skill
- Experience in process automations preferred
