Role Description The Team Leader Student Visa is a full-time, in office role based in Sector 2. This position oversees a team that supports students through the visa application process, ensuring accurate documentation, timely submissions, and adherence to country-specific regulations.

The Team

Leader assigns and reviews cases, monitors workflow, and maintains service quality and turnaround times. The role involves coordinating with students, universities, and internal stakeholders, addressing escalations,



and providing clear guidance on visa requirements and procedures.

Leader also trains team members, updates them on policy changes, and contributes to process improvements to enhance efficiency and student experience.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills, including experience in supervising, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of international student visa processes, documentation requirements, and compliance with immigration regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, universities, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, with strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents, forms, and records.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or case management systems.
- Experience in higher education, student services, or international recruitment is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as International Relations, Business, Education, or a related discipline preferred.
