Responsibilities

Job Responsibility
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Set transparent team goals
- Oversee day-to-day operation & Maintain Processing TAT
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate team members & Track & Handle the client escalations
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Listen Team member’s feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts 8. Suggest and organize team-building activities.
- Auditing calls & Need to do self-cases. Preparing roster as per the requirement 1
- Need to be comfortable for night shifts.
- Should be work sales and need to get a Leads along with disbursement.
