Role Description The Team Lead will oversee a real estate advisory team, ensuring high-quality client consultation and efficient execution of property transactions in Thane. This full time, on-site role involves supervising daily operations, setting performance goals, and guiding team members in prospecting, client engagement, and relationship management.

The Team

Lead will collaborate with developers, coordinate property presentations and site visits, and support clients through the entire decision-making and closing process.

Responsibilities include monitoring market trends,



optimizing advisory strategies, preparing sales reports, and maintaining a culture of integrity and service excellence.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience coaching and motivating sales or advisory teams.
- Proven client relationship management and consultation skills, especially in high-value or premium segments.
- Solid understanding of real estate markets, preferably in Mumbai and Thane, including luxury and investment properties.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex decisions for clients.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, including comfort with market research, data interpretation, and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Thane, with flexibility for client meetings, site visits, and coordination with developers.
- Relevant experience in real estate advisory, sales, or financial services; prior team lead or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field is beneficial.
