Role Description The Team Lead role at Bharti Consultants is a full-time, on-site position based in Jalandhar.

The Team

Lead will supervise a small team, allocate and track daily tasks, and ensure timely completion of recruitment and consulting assignments. This role includes coordinating with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and guiding the team to deliver high-quality profiles and services.
