Role Description This is a full-time, in office Taxi Driver role based in Patna.

The Taxi

Driver will transport passengers safely to their destinations, follow prescribed routes or GPS directions, and comply with local traffic laws and regulations. Daily tasks include inspecting the vehicle for cleanliness and safety, refueling as needed, and reporting any maintenance issues. The role involves assisting passengers with boarding and luggage, handling fares or digital payments,



and maintaining a polite and professional demeanor at all times.

The Taxi

Driver will also coordinate with dispatch, respond promptly to ride requests, and keep accurate records of trips and working hours.

Qualifications matriculation

- Automotive: Familiarity with vehicle operation and basic automotive care to identify issues, perform simple checks, and ensure the taxi is roadworthy.
- Valid local driving license with a clean driving record and strong knowledge of Patna city routes and traffic regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on respectful, inclusive, and professional passenger interactions.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and remain calm under pressure in busy traffic conditions.
- Basic numeracy and comfort using mobile applications or GPS devices for navigation and ride management.
- Prior experience in commercial driving or passenger transport is an advantage but not mandatory.
