US Tax Preparer – Immediate Joining

About the RoleAccuPride Accounting LLP is looking for an experienced US Tax Preparer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have practical experience preparing US Individual and Business Tax Returns and be comfortable working independently with US tax software and tax workpapers.

This is an internal, full-time, on-site position. No direct communication with US clients is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review US Individual and Business Tax Returns.
- Prepare and work on Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120-S, 1041, 990, 5472 and related schedules.
- Review prior-year tax returns and accurately carry forward relevant information.
- Prepare tax workpapers and supporting schedules.
- Review income, expenses, deductions, credits, and other tax information.
- Identify missing information, inconsistencies, and potential errors.
- Assist with tax extensions, amendments, and tax notices when required.
- Ensure tax returns are accurate and completed within assigned deadlines.
- Maintain organized tax workpapers and supporting documentation.




- Stay updated with changes in US tax laws and filing requirements.
- Learn and adapt to new tax software and processes as required.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of practical experience in US Tax Preparation.
- Good understanding of US Individual and Business Tax Returns.
- Hands-on experience with Drake Tax, Intuit ProConnect, and/or MyTAXPrepOffice (MTPO).
- Good understanding of common US tax forms and schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Quick learner who can adapt to new tax software and processes.

Preferred ExperienceExperience with Form 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120-S, 1041, 990, 5472 and related schedules will be preferred. Important Requirements? Apply only if you are currently living in Ahmedabad.
