Litigation and documentation monitoring for all businesses

Major Deliverables

- Close monitoring of high-stake litigation across all business verticals
- Providing support, direction and guidance to the Litigation and Collection teams for devising litigation / collections strategy
- Engaging and briefing advocates and senior counsel
- Attending to complaints filed / proceedings initiated against the company and its officers
- Specialized job competencies:
- Strong litigation background and well versed with court procedure and practices across India
- Experience in Arbitration
- Experience in Collections




- Experience in handling criminal proceedings
- Leadership qualities and strong inter-personal skills
