Vedwize, founded by Chandresh Gayri, is a Talent Management and Influencer Marketing company working with creators and brands across the creator economy. We work closely with creators on brand collaborations, campaigns, communication, and long term skilled relationships.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organised Talent Manager Intern to join our Talent Management team. This role will mainly focus on managing our existing creators, building solid relationships with them, coordinating brand collaborations, and supporting the team with day to day campaign execution.

This role is ideal for someone who is interested in Talent Management, Influencer Marketing, creator relationships, communication, and the creator economy.

This is primarily a creator management role, not a Talent Acquisition role. You will mainly be working with creators who are already associated with Vedwize.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day to day communication with assigned creators.
- Coordinate with creators regarding brand collaborations, campaign requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Understand creator availability, requirements, commercials, and other campaign details.
- Share relevant brand opportunities with creators and coordinate their responses.
- Coordinate campaign briefs, content requirements, revisions, approvals, and posting timelines.
- Follow up with creators on pending requirements and make sure deliverables are completed on time.
- Coordinate between creators and the internal team to ensure campaigns move smoothly.
- Maintain creator information, campaign updates, deliverables, and follow ups using Google Sheets/Excel.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with assigned creators.




- Identify and communicate delays, issues, or creator related concerns to the relevant team.

Requirements:

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with creators and building professional relationships.
- Positive understanding of Instagram, YouTube, social media, and the creator ecosystem.
- Good organisational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations, tasks, and deadlines.
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Good attention to detail and ability to keep information organised.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and take ownership of assigned work.
- Prior experience in influencer marketing, social media, talent management, student leadership, or community management is a plus but not mandatory.
