About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team at Objectways. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment, with a deep understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies. This role requires working in US EST shift timings, primarily during night hours, to align with our US-based clients and hiring managers.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top IT talent, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that aligns with client expectations and organizational standards.

Qualifications The successful candidate should possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in US IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully placing IT professionals in US-based roles. Familiarity with US work authorization categories such as H-1B, H-4 EAD, L-2 EAD, Green Card, OPT, and CPT is essential. The candidate should have experience using sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed,



and other job portals.

Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements efficiently. A good understanding of technical roles and the ability to screen candidates effectively is also necessary.

Responsibilities

- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, referrals, and internal databases to identify potential candidates.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical expertise and client requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Gather and understand candidate work authorization status, location preferences, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and US-based clients or hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing updates and feedback.
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future requirements.




- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job specifications and sourcing priorities.
- Negotiate offers and assist candidates through the closing process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment progress in ATS or other tracking systems.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Ensure high-quality candidate submissions within stipulated turnaround times.
- Develop long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
